Eliza’s Gold

  • Smoked salmon canapé with horseradish cream
  • Block of very old Gouda cheese
  • Spicy Pear wrapped in prosciutto and blue cheese

Emily’s Garden

  • Basil pesto and tomato bruschetta
  • Lamb mince balls in rosemary reduction
  • Satay chicken on sage rice

Agatha’s Tears

  • Venison in juniper cream and roast swede
  • Grapefruit marinated ceviche
  • Homemade garlic bread

Sirius’ Truffle Gin

  • Parmesan croutons
  • Moroccan Beef marinated in truffle oil
  • Chilli prawn cutlet

Eliza’s Ruby Gin

  • Chocolate brownie slice
  • Lemon and chocolate cake
  • Mild cheese block
